Eucharistic adoration and prayer ministries, Education (schools and formation), Pastoral care and evangelization, Social and family ministries, Health and healing services
These ministries express their core mission of deepening Eucharistic love in people’s lives.

Short History

The SABS was founded on 8 December 1908 at Champakulam in Kerala, India, by Venerable Mar Thomas Kurialacherry with Servant of God Mother Mary Francesca de Chantal as co-foundress. The inspiration came from a deep personal experience of Eucharistic devotion, with the aim that the Lord in the Blessed Sacrament be known, loved, and adored everywhere. From humble beginnings with just a few members, the congregation grew rapidly, spreading through India and abroad. In 2016 an East Africa Province was erected, with communities in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda involved in various ministries, especially in rural areas and among the poor.
